2. "We", "Yuppieserve", "us" and "our" all refer to Yuppieserve.

FPSC model packs Terms and Conditions:

1. Buying a Full Model Pack from us means that you have downloaded and approved it's Free Demo.
2. Our Model Packs can be used for commercial and non-commercial GAMES ONLY.
3. You may sell our models if they are in a commercial game (used by the game engine) and there are no licence restrictions for this.
4. You may retexture our models and sell them in a commercial game (used by the game engine).
5. Our models are not to be sold in any model packs or by themselves.
6. Our models are not to be retextured, resized or sold in model packs or by themselves.
7 Our models are not to be distributed for free.
